Mekos Mobile Letter does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
All data you enter into the Application — including names, addresses, letter content, and logo images — is stored locally on your device only. This information is never transmitted to the Service Provider, to Apple, or to any third party.
The Application does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services. It does not collect your device’s IP address, location, usage statistics, or any other automatically collected information.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.
Website Email Signup (Optional)
If you choose to provide your email address through the “Notify Me” form on our website (mekosmobileapps.com), we will use it solely to notify you about the availability of Mekos Mobile Letter and related app updates. Providing your email is entirely voluntary.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. You may unsubscribe or request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us at support@mekosmobileapps.com.
Third Party Access
No data is shared with third parties because no data is collected or transmitted by the Application.
Your Content
Letters and information you create within the Application remain on your device under your control. If you choose to share, print, or email a letter using the iOS Share Sheet, that action is initiated entirely by you, and any data transmitted (such as via email) is handled by the third-party app or service you select (e.g., Mail, Files), not by Mekos Mobile Letter.
Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you control retention and deletion directly. Deleting a letter within the Application removes it from your device. Uninstalling the Application removes all associated data stored by the Application.
Children
The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the Application does not collect or transmit data, no special data handling for children is required. Security
Because all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, the security of your information is governed by your device’s own security features (such as passcode or biometric lock).
Changes
